“Canggu” is an area, not a complete destination
A quoted destination name is a starting point. Your driver needs the hotel or villa’s exact map pin, accommodation name and any useful entrance instructions. A property marketed as Canggu may be in a different pocket from another villa using the same label. Narrow lanes, separate reception points and similar property names can make the last part of the journey the most confusing.
Save the pin and a screenshot of the address before leaving home. If the accommodation sends a special vehicle entrance, pass that on too. Confirm that somebody can let you in at your actual arrival time, particularly if a flight lands late and reception is not staffed all night.

Whichever arrangement you choose, check the driver and vehicle details against your agreement. If the meeting location is unclear, contact your booked provider rather than accepting an unsolicited replacement.
What does Rafa’s Canggu transfer cost?

Use your Bali arrival date, especially after midnight

Check bags, children and the vehicle together
List passengers and bags separately: for example, four people, two large suitcases, two cabin bags and a folding pram. Include children’s ages and any restraint required. The actual seating and bag arrangement matters more than whether the car is described as spacious.
Rafa’s car is listed for up to four passengers with suitcases, or six without luggage, subject to confirming bag sizes and seating needs. Ask about a suitable child seat before booking. Do not wait until the airport to disclose equipment your family needs.

Keep the accommodation contact, driver number, meeting instructions and essential booking screenshots available offline. Arrange mobile data or airport connectivity in a way that suits your phone. If you cannot message after landing, agree the backup plan before flying.
